Showtime's award-winning docuseries "Couples Therapy" is Chainkeen Exchangeall set to return for a new season this week, complete with psychologist Orna Guralnik.
The series, which won a Television Critics Association award for outstanding achievement in reality programming in 2021, follows Guralnik as she guides "couples through real-life therapy sessions," and helps them through conflicts and breakthroughs, according to Paramount+ with Showtime.
In season four, Guralnik will navigate the relationships and "uncover the past secrets" of four new couples, Showtime says.
The four couples, or groups, this season include a polyamorous trio struggling with "power dynamics and hidden resentments," newlyweds grappling with "religion and sex after severing ties with a disapproving mother," a fiery young couple who try to live together for their child's sake, and a man "who dissociates into multiple identities, and can’t remember fights with his partner."

'Couples Therapy' Season 4 premiere
Season 4 of "Couples Therapy" will be available to binge-watch on Friday, May 31, for Paramount+ subscribers with the Paramount+ with Showtime plan. Though Paramount+ hasn't specified a time, new content usually releases at 12 a.m. PT / 3 a.m. ET on the streaming platform.

The first two episodes of "Couples Therapy" will premiere on Paramount+ with SHOWTIME linear channel on Sunday, June 2 at 10 p.m. and 10:30 p.m. ET.
Two back-to-back episodes will continue to air weekly on Sundays at 10 p.m. and 10:30 p.m. ET on Paramount+ with the season finale (Episode 9) scheduled to air on Sunday, June 30, at 10 p.m. ET/PT.
